Novaclad LLC does not sell your personal information for money, does not operate an ad network, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Privacy Policy Section 8 sets this out in full.
There is one disclosure that state privacy law may still treat as a “sale.” Novaclad may receive referral fees, per-lead payments, revenue share, or other compensation from a fabricator or retail partner — including Rock Creek Granite, which is under common ownership with Novaclad LLC — in connection with connecting you to them. Where that characterization applies, you have the right to opt out. Section 8.3 explains the analysis.
